Licensing and partnerships

We license capability, and we are deliberately selective about it

NZC Portal Ltd owns the intellectual property behind NZC AI and ESG AI and licenses it to organisations that want it inside their own work. There is no self-service tier; every engagement starts with a conversation.

Who we work with

Three routes to licensing

Licensed access

Consultancies and advisers

Practices that want AI support inside their own delivery, with their own people retaining professional responsibility for outputs.

Licensed access

Property owners and operators

Asset and portfolio teams applying the capability to their own estate, alongside their existing advisers.

Available now

Software and platform partners

Platforms that want energy, carbon or ESG intelligence inside their product rather than building it themselves.

How it works

A four-step engagement

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

We establish the workflow, the users, and whether the capability is genuinely a fit today.

  2. 02

    Scoped evaluation

A defined evaluation against your own material, with agreed success criteria and data handling terms.

  3. 03

    Commercial agreement

Licensing terms are agreed case by case, reflecting scope, volume and support requirements.

  4. 04

    Onboarding and review

Deployment with named contacts, plus a scheduled review of output quality and usage.

What we do not do

  • We do not publish list pricing. Terms depend on scope, volume and support, and are agreed in writing.
  • We do not present our software as a substitute for accredited assessment, audit, assurance, or regulated advice.
  • We do not take on partners whose intended use would require claims our technology cannot currently support.
